TikTok Shop saw the growing ‘rushtok’ trend following rushees through their rush process of rush week to receiving their bid. TTS wanted to find a way to further amplify this trend with a life experience.

Solution

We worked with PR agency Fleishman Hillard to bring to life an interactive 10x10 Valentine’s themed installation outside of the Lindor store in Chicago.

The installation featured a larger-than-life Lindor-branded heart flanked with ‘love notes’ prompting guests to write down what ‘makes them melt’, adding to the installation over time. Guests were given samples and invited to visit the store. Once inside, if guests purchased a product, they were gifted their very own love note to get customized by a live calligrapher to bring home to their loved one.
