From his early concert and event producing days at UNLV to world tours and global programs with brands and bands such as Blackberry, U2, BestBuy, The Police, Coldplay, and Chivas Regal - Joe always had his focus set on creating opportunities that allowed him to connect, build and share.

He co-founded Pro-Ject in 2012, a relationship architecture agency that focused on experiential, and then Pro-Ject was acquired in 2020 by Groundswell Experiential. The past decade Joe and the team have won awards for best in-class programs for Anheuser-Busch and SONOS.  

Joe is responsible for new business development and creating strategic partnerships for entertainment properties such as festivals and brands including Beam Suntory, T-Mobile, Constellation Brands, and Green Thumb Industries to name a few.
