We created the gateway to adventure with Marriott
Challenge
Marriott aimed to spotlight their Outdoors Collection and Bonvoy reward programs to the explorers of Outside Days. With the priority being to drive awareness of benefits and conversion to memberships, we had the opportunity to make formal sign-ups feel more like an exciting first step to accessing adventure with ease and hospitality via Marriott.

By merging Marriott’s elevated hospitality style with engaging workshops celebrating the outdoors, Groundswell expanded awareness of benefits and drove sign-ups for reward programs. With a lounge and activity space in one area of the festival and a branded bike pump track in another, attendees repeatedly associated Marriott with adventure and excitement.
Upon arrival in the flagship 40x40 footprint space, patrons could lounge and learn about Bonvoy benefits and participate in workshops including fly tying, paddle boarding, and board balancing. Guests were invited to explore unique lodging locations on the Destination Wall and offered premium gifts with new sign-ups or existing Bonvoy memberships.
